We want every Pooch & Hound customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we provide as much information to customers as possible before they make a purchase, including product function, composition information and a detailed size chart. This way, customers can purchase the correct products for their needs. We believe that the comprehensive product information we provide mitigates the risk of selection error or change of mind.
We will accept returns only if ALL of the following conditions are met and can be proven with evidence:
1. Goods were purchased from the Pooch & Hound website.
2. Goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or do not perform the function advertised.
3. All packaging components must still be attached / intact, and the product must be in a saleable condition. Any returns with broken packaging will not be accepted or refunded.
If these conditions are met, you can choose between a refund (excluding shipping) or exchange to the same value.
You must notify Pooch & Hound of your intention to return your item/s within 30 days of receiving them by sending an email to woof@poochandhounduk.com who can authorise your return.
Stockist Purchases
For products purchased via another retailer or stockist, please contact the retailer directly for their return/exchange policy regarding your purchase.
